Pool has not been open all year. People break into your cars. Staff is rude. I will not rent through them again. Nor do I recommend them.

The Parkdale Villas community is awesome! The office staff is wonderful, very friendly and immediately made me feel welcome. They are also super knowledgeable and helped me with the entire leasing process. By far the best experience I've ever had in a leasing office! As a current resident I am extremely pleased with the size of my apartment. They are spacious and full of higher end finishes which is not something I have seen in other apartment units. Very friendly and informative office staff. Im all about customer service so that alone gets them 5 stars off top. Nice units as well. Love the bathrooms
