Won’t be living here anymore after finding out about a homicide. This place is a living nightmare from other incidents
The apartments are infested with black mold. The swimming pool has become a slimy green breeding ground for mosquitoes. The maintenance crew is non existent. Upstairs apartments have weak spots in the floors. They moved the on-site office to a different location. The management never answers phone calls or emails and only seems to be available on the day rent is due. The owners are slum lords plain and simple. My advice is stay away from all of their many properties. They don't care about their tenants or their safety.
I won't complain about the apartments quality because other reviewers done good job. My contract ended in the mid of COVID19 pandemic, and instead of giving a relief they raise my rent $100 for the new contract. The landlord just took advantage of the situation, and I am sure they don't care about this or other reviews, but at least my review will warn who wants to live here.
Nice staff, big rooms, newly painted
Lived here for 18 months. The unit was half assed put together, paint job poorly done, carpets very cheap, neighbors were rude and didn't supervise their roudy kids/teens. Our car got hit with toys and sticky juice dumped on it, rent was high for the poor quality unit and black MOLD issues. Maintenance was even more poor. And when we moved they hired a carpet company to inspect the cheap, poorly installed carpet, behind our back, and they decided the carpet was unfixable and replaced it, which we had to pay towards.... someb... read more
