Compared to the other garage I parked at in the Wannamaker Building, this place is a 100 out of 10. It was affordable, clean, well lit, and easy to find, with good-sized spaces and simple street-level access so I can get to my car (some places are in office buildings so you can get out but you can't always get back in easily).
