We have been here 11 years and have been fighting mold for almost the entire time the managements fix was telling us to keep the heat on the windows cracked and get dehumidifiers yup didn't work
I had a great experience with Jariska porter. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire process much smoother. I truly appreciate her dedication to providing excellent service.
Update 2: The tour went well. The facilities look small but decent. We have chosen to rent a townhouse, which has some tight hallways and stairs, but the rooms are a good size. The phone and website are still having a few issues, but they know about them now and are working on it. Update 1: I went into the office and spoke to Jariska and she explained what happened. Been trying to call to rent an apartment for a week, but no answer and the answering machine won't let me leave a message. Made an appointment through the website to come meet with someone on Monday, and the office was closed for the whole day. This was after we even received a confirmation email about it. T-is explains why there are so many open units at such a low price for the area. It's hard to rent things out when no one can get a hold of you.
