I really want to love this property, I found a floorplan that I loved and was so excited to see one available. When I came to tour, everyone at the office was warm and friendly. After that tour is when the whole experience changed. I was told there are no waitlists and the applications are not transferrable, meaning I need to be diligent to ensure I apply right away when a unit opens up. Trash is left outside for the birds and rodents. Mold, infestation and water damage from upstairs neighbors. Its a trap , run forest run.
One of the best places to live. The staff at park 120 . Always there to resolve any problem we may have at our unit. Thank you Emerson.
