My review is regarding Larry the maintenance man and only him and his work. Larry is very friendly and very helpful. He was able to work on my issue quickly and was able to give me a clear timeline on when I should expect the issue to be resolved. In the past the maintenance personnel was subpar but Larry always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled to the tenants satisfaction. He is also super friendly with dogs. I’m very appreciative that he is on staff.
🥸Larry saved my life and changed my broken deadbolt on a Saturday He also fixed my shower that would not turn off and was running water and just a matter of minutes give this man a raise. This is the second emergency he has helping me with on such short notice.
These apartments are so beautiful! They put a lot of love in these homes Miguel and his staff and maintenance team are amazing you’d love to call this place home .
