Had lived here for 5 years and they have went through at least 4 different property managers. Office times vary and are never open. They never answer the phone, especially if it’s something maintenance related, they will likely tell you that it will be repaired after you move out. In 2023 I had a maintenance ticket for my tub not draining, I allowed the maintenance guy to continue while my boyfriend and I went to work.. they were doing maintenance on a tub drain during a property wide water shut off, which should’ve been my ... read more

I'm only giving this place a five star because every time I try to get the one star, it kicks me back out. Wouldn't let me comment This is the WORST place I have ever lived. It's office hours, a gal came out and laughed at us. (Me and two other guys) Mind you, this is normal working hours All she said was "sorry" got in her car and just drove away. Larry was very helpful and determined to try to find us a solution to all of our maintenance issues.
Tries to push long-standing residents out. Since my daughter found a junkie bleeding in a laundry room, Park 120 is now locking residents out of laundry rooms. We were never even told. Contacted Greystar corporate about this ghetto complex. Greystar doesn't care. The new manager of the complex (I didn't even know we had ANOTHER new manager) reached out to tell me they'd contact me later about my issues, so it looked good for corporate. They never reached out.
