If you have any maintenance requests, good luck. I contacted grey star and am posting this in hopes to catch somebody’s attention. On June 11th, 2025 we submitted a maintenance request. According to the lease, “If you or any other authorized occupant needs to send a notice or request…it must be submitted through either the online tenant/maintenance portal or…” meaning this constitutes written notice. Never parking for visitors.office is always closed not only that waited for months for my tub to be fixed . Very disappointing
Trash. Park 120 is pure trash. Repairs take more than a month to even get looked at. Sidealks are ALWAYS blocked with vehicles. Office doesn't appear to do anything about it and emails are often ignored. Staff is rude and uncaring. Management will tell you there is pool workout facilities, and a gate. None of this is true.
