These apartments are so beautiful! They put a lot of love in these homes Miguel and his staff and maintenance team are amazing you’d love to call this place home .
Maintenance (Larry) was timely. He’s very professional/efficient.
I was not a fan of the excessive fees or the lack of transparency when trying to price an apartment online. Being forced into a specific internet service provider was already a major red flag, but requiring an ID and app download just to view an apartment felt like data gathering at its finest. Since when did apartment complexes become data brokers collecting private information from potential renters? The apartment itself was nice, but this is not the type of business I want to support or do business with.
This review is for Larry the maintenance man, and for him ONLY! Larry was very friendly and helped with our issue! He arrived quickly and showed us our panel since our breaker had tripped! He was even so kind to help with another small problem we had while he was here, putting in a work order and completing it right then and there. Thank you Larry!
I have been trying to call for a couple days now and nobody is picking up the call and i went to the leasing office and waited for upto 2 hours but nobody was there and the door was locked too.
