What’s this whole thing of getting my car towed when it’s been there less than 2 hours, and yes waiting for another car to pull out so I can park my shit since there’s no parking in the whole premises. No warning, no nothing I don’t live here and next thing the towman says is management called for it to be towed??? The audacity is crazy. The reason this place is 3 stars is cause of management above all the other floating issues that many only try to overlook, I’m not here for summoning but this is so ghetto what the hell!!!

Residents locked out of laundry rooms we pay for! Since my daughter found a junkie bleeding in a laundry room, Park 120 is now locking residents out of laundry rooms. We were never even told. Contacted Greystar corporate about this ghetto complex. Greystar doesn't care. The new manager of the complex (I didn't even know we had ANOTHER new manager) reached out to tell me they'd contact me later about my issues, so it looked good for corporate. They never reached out. We’ve had a wonderful time here. The office staff have been amazing with our questions and concerns. They are easy to talk to you understanding. Maintenance is quick to respond to any work orders we put it in and they fix it right the first time. Brian is a great asset to have on the team
