I've been coming here for a little over 2 years and Dr. Park and his staff are awesome. Scheduling is a breeze and everyone is super friendly. Through the cleanings and other procedures they explain everything that they are doing and it makes the visits go by pretty quick!
First time at Federal Way Dental. I really like the electronic check-in and texting of appointment reminders. Front desk staff and nurse staff was friendly and patient. Dr. Chi was very friendly and to the point. Follow up visit and diagnosis explanation was very clear. No hidden agenda.

Haven't been to the dentist in YEARS. Yes, I am (very) negligent. Only after suffering significant pain did I make the dive, and glad I chose Dr. Park. He was very thorough and very clear on explaining just exactly was going on in my mouth. I felt very confident in his diagnosis, and will definitely be returning.
A little rough but my teeth needed it with the calculus. I appreciated how he powered through it, quick and efficient. Thank you!
Arrived, Checked in, and got a dental exam with 30 minutes very friendly staff and fully explained plan of care set in motion with multiple options.
