My 5 star rating is for Dr. Exhalia. I really want to thank her for taking the time out to give me proper care. She didn’t make me seem like a number. I finally felt seen. She took the time to answer all of my questions. After having strange interactions with other doctors elsewhere, I had a doctor that shines bright. Please continue to hire more like her. This is the most unprofessional medical entity that I have ever seen. I received a bill for $ 793.00 for lab work. I submitted my insurance information for my office visit. How in the hell can anyone be that incompetent as to not submit during the visit? During another visit,I actually showed the young man at the desk my driver's license (because I did not my privacy violated while giving my info) and he still incorrectly spelled my name which caused problems when I came in for the next visit.
