The rent they're asking is absolutely ridiculous. I'm getting a house for that much in a month. Also, theres a house on Kentucky court for the same price. I also use to live in one of these. They suck. This price is such a rip off. You can house a house for this price.

This is such a cute complex and the leasing agent at the front, Lauren, is so sweet and helpful. My husband and I can’t wait to look back into moving here once our current lease is up!
Just moved in recently, and am having a great experience so far. The property is very well-kept, and any concerns or issues I have had have been handled quickly and efficiently. The people working in the office are very nice and were incredibly helpful during my move-in. They seem to care about making sure the residents have a positive experience. Would definitely recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a place to live in the Monroe area.
