Rhonda and Cathy run a tight operation and living here has been easy, safe, and highly satisfactory because of it. They are prompt to respond to maintenance requests, whether it's a broken dishwasher or just a low-battery smoke alarm. They are prompt to answer the phone, a voicemail, or an email. I recently joined the maintenance team. The community here is amazing. I am welcomed with a smiling face around every corner. I truly enjoy making sure everything in your home is working properly and the property is looking good.
Needed some work done on my place and the maintenance here is fantastic. Joe came and helped me get my issues fixed up in a very timely manner and was very professional. 5/5 highly recommend
