Lived here for 3 years with no complaints! Maintenance always comes quickly to resolve issues, I never have had any issues with noise from other units, and the outdoor decks and pool are a really nice feature. I recommend Parkwest to everyone I know!
I stayed at Parkwest for a year and a half and just moved out cause of new job and I will say I never encountered any bad experiences living there. Staffs are great all around. Quick and fast maintenance and we’ve always had a great experience with the admin ladies. Everything is great. I enjoyed it.
Washing machine says $2 everywhere and then you get charged 4 dollars. What the hell
The women working the office are extremely rude.
Rhonda and Cathy run a tight operation and living here has been easy, safe, and highly satisfactory because of it. They are prompt to respond to maintenance requests, whether it's a broken dishwasher or just a low-battery smoke alarm. They are prompt to answer the phone, a voicemail, or an email. Their colleague Dave is a reliable and kind maintenance professional. The grounds feel safe and well-maintained.
