This place should be blacklisted by the military. It's uninhabitable for service members... Let alone the general public. The manager of the property is the literal definition of a slumlord that does nothing to remediate problems when they occur and then they will harass you or give a 30 day notice if you complain. If you’ve seen “the Last of Us”, living here you’ll end up feeling like a clicker. There are uninhabitable MOLD issues that the property manager refuses to acknowledge or fix, and will instead just hand you a 30 day notice to leave instead of fixing the problem (licensed mold inspectors confirmed it was in the walls and ceiling). ***DO NOT RENT HERE*** A list of things that have happened since renting to this property: •Excessive leaks and pipe failures, leading to extreme mold contamination of personal property •property manager lying about remediation being done •paul and his brother entering the unit without proper entry notice, which has caused me to be seen undressed •stepping on carpet nails from outdated carpet.
