I waited to post this review because Paul is extremely vindictive, and I did not want to jeopardize my ability to secure another rental. I moved into this property in 2020 when Ms. Tony was the manager, and during her time there I had no issues at all. After her passing and Paul taking over full-time management, my experience completely changed.
