Had a small kerfuffle with AC in a room (it was 100+ degrees when we were there) they switched us to a new room and all was great then! Pool was nice. TV had accessible HDMI ports. Was able to watch from my own device.
I have stayed there numerous times that I’ve never had so many people that did not know how to make an appointment and that was rude also. I’m so confused whoever’s management this place has definitely changed.
Location was exceptional especially after a 15 hour park day. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly
