This is a very nice hotel. Check-in was quick. This hotel is located right at the crosswalk to get into Disneyland. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was well kept and clean. Other than the fireworks from Disneyland, the room was very quiet to be in such a busy area.. Yes, the Disneyland fireworks can easily be seen from the second floor. They do have a nice swimming pool too if you have time for a swim. It was a very enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
The ONLY reason this motel has good reviews is location. Other than that I will not be staying here again. The room was dirty ( floors with dirt and leaves , kid play cards under bed and dusty all over) I always check beds where I stay and This has been the Worst! There was long hair strands on bunk beds and dirt . I informed front desk they offered to change me to another room which they did but I had to move upstairs which was an inconvenience with 3 little ones. I recently stayed at Park Vue Inn and had a very frustrating experience with their after-hours check-in process. I had prepaid my reservation in full and completed the digital registration and signature process before arrival. The hotel called me at approximately 12:11 AM, and I returned the call around 12:48 AM. I explained that I was on my way, and the employee I spoke with told me she would "see me soon." Fantastic location for Disneyland adventures! Terrific value. Room was spacious and clean. Really appreciated the mini refrigerator with a freezer. It kept ice truly frozen which was convenient. Only complaints were the pillows were really firm, but I slept great and if you are on the second floor there isn’t an elevator, so you have to lug your suitcases upstairs. Property has quiet hours that are enforced and they include a free parking spot, which was great. We will stay here again.
Do not stay at this hotel. The toilets backed up and poop was coming out of the sink, tub, and toilet. They did not give us a new room. Absolute nightmare. Stay anywhere else but the Park Poo Inn.
