The owner seems to be a politically illiterate person. In the apartments where most of the Ukrainians live, and there are several refugee families, who fled from the war that Russia is waging against Ukraine. He appointed Russian people as managers, natives from Russia (from Siberia). At any other time this would not be a problem, but at the current time it looks like some kind of provocation. Well.. it will be interesting to see how this ends.

In these apartments they appointed managers who have lived in these apartments for a very long time. and naturally they have (like everyone else) both friends and enemies. I wonder how they can impartially resolve some dispute between residents if one of the disputants is their friend and the other is their enemy? It is much more correct to appoint such people who do not live here and do not know anyone personally.
