I moved out in August of 2025, and did not have a great experience at all. I was falsely charged for carpet replacement and it was all a complete mess. Cassandra has been very kind and gotten in touch with me to make sure any issues were reversed. I can tell she cares about the complex and I am sure Park Viridian will be heading in the right direction with her
Elisabeth was extremely helpful prepping me for my move-in. I was also very impressed by the prompt customer service!

This apartment is overpriced for what you get. The main elevator will be under repair for at least a month, which is a major inconvenience. On top of that, there’s a $70/month trash fee that wasn’t clearly disclosed in the lease, plus additional charges for water and sewer. Overall, not great value for the price.
