Do NOT apply to Park Viridian until they clean up their business. The management & team in charge of the Park Viridian complex in Anaheim are mostly disorganized, under staffed and/or incompetent. It was nearly impossible to reach someone by phone during the application process, their application & screening process online was a mess and we were eventually told to apply for an apartment # that didn’t exist in that complex. Any time I have a question, concern, anything, and I got on the phone with anyone in the main office, Donald is the guy I hope to talk to. He’s super down to Earth, genuinely wants to help, and literally always answers whatever question/concern I have. That’s huge when it comes to the place you live at. All of the staff is great/friendly. Shoutout to Donald specifically though for always being accommodating.
I’ve been living at Park Viridian since February of this year, and if I could give it 0 out of 5 stars, I would. First, there’s absolutely no parking available for guests. During the summer, some residents throw pool parties that go until 3 AM—even though the pool is supposed to close at 10 PM. One time, a drunk person tried to open our front door, thinking it was his unit. He was using the keypad and wouldn’t leave until I yelled and threatened to call 911. The leasing agents made the process of applying so easy. They were very kind to work with, and answered all my questions. Recommend 100% .
