This was a nice place to live in until the new owners came in and are absolutely awful. They have zero respect for their tenants. My neighbor beats on her kids and curses and yells at them and when I call the office they say they don’t care and it’s not their problem. Lol. Wow.
Ever since Good Harbor took over I don't feel like a resident. I feel like a number. There are no set hours apparently because I have attempted to go to the office many different times during what I consider normal operating hours and the sign has said closed.
The issues with bad neighbors was fixed. I'm staying!
