I had to leave Park Villa this week after buying a home �. I really hated to leave the apt because of the secure feeling I have had the past 2 years. Management and maintenance are the very best you would find anywhere. It’s quiet and peaceful there and very well kept. I always felt safe and knew IF I had a problem it would be taken care of immediately. I’m gonna miss Linda, Thristian, Dave, Edward, Jake. Great place for to live. �
Beautiful apartments really easy to work with . Any time there is an issue they fix it that day or the next. Reasonable rent and a quiet place to live.
I have lived in Park Villa for two years and currently in the process of moving into a bigger apartment on the complex! It's super quiet and they're friendly! Any time there has been a problem maintenance is always quick to fix the problem!
we lived in Park Villa a year ago. It was the excellent place to stay. We felt safe when we lived here. The maintenance crew are very good and punctual. Linda is the best property manager. I would like to suggest others who read this review to consider moving here. In fact, we did not want to move out but because of the jobs, we had to move to other states.
I have lived all over Shreveport. What's my favorite place? PARK VILLA! The staff have become my family and friends. The neighborhood is so quite. We have two great pools, whether sun or shade be your fancy. And the grounds are beautiful. They have touches of home everywhere. And they have welcomed my service dog with open arms. This is my home!
