I’ve been with Park View Veterinary Hospital for over 15 years. The staff has never been anything but kind, caring, and professional. They attend to pets and their families like their own, need to ensure they are in compliance with all regs regarding medicine, food, and medical practices, while still finding the right medical solutions to difficult problems. The balance is appropriate and in the end my pets have received the very best care possible. Thank you Dr. Rao and your staff.
Been a long time family at the practice and we adore Dr Rao. However, I was given the incorrect bag of food for my dog who is on a specialized diet. I did not notice until I opened the bag and the kibble was huge and he would not eat his breakfast. I paid over 100 for the bag. Exchanging it for the correct kibble apparently is an issue even though the error is with the staff. They’re ‘allowing’ me to get a bag 1/3 the size of what I purchased. Really annoyed right now. If you are looking for honest, consistent, and so caring and loving, thorough and explisid this is the place to go. Your pet comes first, and she seems to always get to the bottom of the underlying problem and how to fix it.Her Staff always follows up to make sure everything is improving or if you just need meds... I trust Dr, Rao and her staff! I have been to many vets in the past with my animals ranging of all types and theres not one quite like this.
