Good value for money. Things are not the nicest/newest like some of the apartments downtown but everything you would want from a service apartment is there. Pool, gym, parking, onsite management, onsite maintenance. All at the very good rate. Very spacious also.

Lived here for around 2 and a half years in a studio. The staff were always friendly and helpful and maintenance was always quick to resolve any issues with the unit
Awful. The roof leaks and everyone with apartments on the 11th floor gets rain water inside their apartment when it rains heavily. Basement floods also when it rains heavy. Both my bathroom and kitchen sink leak but nothing is done. There’s a website to request maintenance but they ignore everything or mark it as resolved when they did nothing to fix it. It’s rained for the past few days so right now I have two buckets in the bedroom to catch both spots where the water drips through the ceiling. I have to empty them 3 or 4 t... read more
