Went here for a procedure for my kid. They said she didn't need it yet. So went back almost a yr later to make sure. Problem was still there, confirmed by the Doctor Rima.. But now they're referring me out. Payed out of pocket for consult. They're sending me somewhere else for yet another consult out of pocket 3x the amount I payed. Why? They won't answer the email (main form of communication with this matter) asking why (super nicely may I add, never rude). Currently looking elsewhere myself smh.
My child has ADHD and anxiety, and required a tooth extraction, multiple fillings and sealants under sedation. He had it done earlier this week and it went as smoothly as I could ever have hoped for. The kindness, warmth and human connection I felt from Liz Romeo, from the phone call to make the consultation appointment through the post-procedure follow up call, made the whole experience so much easier than expected.
