Don’t Recommend To Anybody
We have had the worst experience at this dental office! They have rescheduled my husband’s appointment’s several times! He has been in SEVER PAIN and couldn’t get in for several weeks! He's been waiting a whole month 1/2 for his crown and they called and reschedule it twice and now they left a voicemail saying ( excuse them for canceling his appointment again … but will MAIL HIM HIS TOOTH to his address to have another dentist put it on) Is this really even REAL!!!! While having a dental emergency(which they are at fault for my tooth having issues.) they don’t have emergency appointments or walk-ins. They left my root canal feeling worse and will not fix it promptly. Instead, they’ll schedule an appointment for a month ahead. So, I’m supposed to deal with my pain and infection for a month before they can see what the problem is and reschedule another appointment to fix the issue?!! Horrible experience! Zero stars would be too much for them! Let’s start: went to my first appointment and was assured that everything was in network and insurance would cover most of everything. After my first appointment I got a letter from my insurance that “because I was using a out of network facility the price was different”. Called Parkview to figure out, was promised a call back, never happened! You have to sign a paper that if you request to reschedule for a couple of times they will need to refer you to someone else... read more
