Miscommunication issues with first appointment. Rude staff. I spoke with them several times and they never told me that if I have to cancel my first appointment they wouldn’t see me. I explained that I was having transportation issues and they’re told me to take a cab. ??? I can’t afford a $50 cab fare. They are more interested into money than caring for a client. I wouldn’t want to be their client with their unorthodox values as a behavioral health facility. Good riddance.
Would give no stars if there was an option. This place is off and everyone is weird. It feels more like an interrogation rather than counseling. You are there for help not to feel like you are being dissected apart and made to feel like you are wrong for being there. Don't waste your time!
some of the people there are very nice but when your mental health gets so bad you cant leave the house they will just drop you for missed appointments, they dont care about the people, just the money
