The office girls are very nice and they are always professional.
I have been a patient at Park Valley for over 4 years now and have nothing to say but great things about the top notch service and wonderful folks who work there. All the way from the receptionist to therapist to the doctor ---- without exception they are all the best of the best! In the past when I dealt with other mental health service providers I'd sometime cringe at the thought of having to see my therapist. However, thats not the case with Park Valley! Miscommunication issues with first appointment. Rude staff. I spoke with them several times and they never told me that if I have to cancel my first appointment they wouldn’t see me. I explained that I was having transportation issues and they’re told me to take a cab. ??? I can’t afford a $50 cab fare. They are more interested into money than caring for a client. I wouldn’t want to be their client with their unorthodox values as a behavioral health facility. Good riddance.
