I have made many cross country moves, and I have never had a better move than I had with Park! Anna Watkins was amazing! She walked me through every step of the process and was constantly communicating and updating me. The packers and loaders took great care and were so respectful of all my things. My driver, Percy, was an absolute Godsend! I HIGHLY recommend Park!!!
It is very disappointing, to be told one thing, and do the opposite. I have received a lot of apologies, but no satisfaction. Sent a wood Dr to fix all the places that were scratched dented and destroyed. He colored the scratches, I could have done that. My walls are a wreck with chunks taken out, black smudges everywhere. I have a broken TV, no glass for 2 tables. An antique cabinet, had glass broken and no one even cleaned up shattered glass. I call and get ghosted by Anna my sales person. Stay tuned for a detailed review of damage during my move, customer service that borders on avoidance vs trying to resolve. You will simply not believe what I will share. Every statement is completely verifiable and will stop you in your tracks. Rep came to the house to review damage and has now ghosted us while having a piece of furniture in their possession and they will not respond. Sounds like time to lawyer up.
