Shayan was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional when assisting my girlfriend and I with the rental and move-in process! :) EDIT: After staying here for 5 months or so, the experience has very much worsened. There were many issues with the renovation team (was a contracted company but still). Floors weren't straight, cupboards/drawers were broken, the coax outlets were sealed off behind a wall, the sink was leaking, caulking in the bathtub was falling apart, the dishwasher was leaking.
