Shayan was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional when assisting my girlfriend and I with the rental and move-in process! :) EDIT: After staying here for 5 months or so, the experience has very much worsened. There were many issues with the renovation team (was a contracted company but still). Floors weren't straight, cupboards/drawers were broken, the coax outlets were sealed off behind a wall, the sink was leaking, caulking in the bathtub was falling apart, the dishwasher was leaking. Reasonable and fair company. Some issues with communication here and there, but they address everything if you reaching out to them and provide details. Don't hesitate to. They are doing their best.
I toured a couple of the apartment buildings that this company owns with Yousuf and he has been really helpful with the whole process. Very knowledgeable with the apartments and has shown us many options and floor plans. Very patient and goes out of his way to show available suites that are accommodating to our needs and price range. Super sweet and makes looking at places an enjoyable experience.
