We pay extra to have security in the underground and the never maintain the doors and we've had our vehicle broken into multiple times along with other security incident with teens and vagrants in the underground. The elevators are constantly broken and take months to be repaired. The landlord has vicious dog that they don't muzzle when walking which terrifies me because they can hardly hold it back.
