Maintenance and general upkeep were very poor. I went five months without an oven. Front door came off at the hinges, I was forced to replace it myself. Very energy and cost inefficient.
This is the most disgusting apartment in Lubbock. I lived here for one year while attending school. Cockroaches are big enough to ride. The complex is situated near felony park in the deep ghetto of Lubbock Texas. The complex should be shut down by the city health officials for unsanitary conditions. City building officials have stated that the building is a public nuisance. Condemnation followed by evacuation and then demolition would be in the best interest of the public.
