I just moved out of Park Towers and I loved my time there. You will not find a better, cheaper apartment in this area of Tacoma. I lived on the 7th floor facing the bay and Mt Rainer. The studio was super cute, and the perfect size. Washer and dryers were always available, and the shared spaces were always clean. Maintenance was always available, easy to book, and pleaseant. Not worth the hassle or gossip of management Posting anonymously because the current manager is known to retaliate against and speak badly about tenants and try to kick them out if they say something. Some of the good reviews here are definitely fake and many residents fear being kicked out if they post bad reviews. My lease is up soon so whatever. The building is nice and the community is rad. One of the most disrespectful managers I’ve worked with, if professionalism is what you’re looking for this is not the place to live. Lynette is the worst manager I have dealt with . As long as she can look down on you she will. Literally the worst human to speak to and worse part is she’s the only option. Unless she owns park towers there should be a second option unless they teach them that management should be so disrespectful to residents at any minute especially her remarks which are absolutely disgusting.
