UPDATE: a police report was filed because I walked into a communal laundry room empty handed. Under NO circumstances would I recommend living here. Pros: close to the park and lots of shops, apartments are bright with great lighting, rent is only raised like $20/year Cons: I found a TON of bedbugs in the laundry room and nothing was done about it until months later when we were told there was now a possible infestation the 2nd and 3rd floor often smell like trash because of the chute, the chute is incredibly small so you’re ... read more
Amazing staff! Lynette really makes living here a great experience and manages the property really well.
After living here for years, I find with new management updates, the community continues to thrive. Where community living is the way of life, the small Team work diligently to maintain and improve the property and community living, putting their all into keeping up with the 15 story building. Having access to a 24 hour phone for buildings emergency issues is huge. I have looked at some other reviews with poor outlooks on the company but it seems their real issues were related to other residents not following community rules... read more
So I've lived at Park tower apartments for about 10 years. Very nice and nice views! I noticed people are giving bad reviews of this building? I know a new Manager took over about 7 months ago Lynette. This place went from nice to Great! So don't believe the bad reviews those people are the problems that shouldn't be here.
I would give 10 stars if I could. I will recommend this place to anyone! I am new the area and must have talked to and toured at least a dozen other apartments before Park Tower. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I am am sucker for art deco, the office is clean and relaxing. The property manager, Lynette, did my tour and cannot say enough good things about her.
