I've lived there for years and love it.
One could ask why the caretaker seems to hate the tenants in this building so much. There are passive aggressive notes posted everywhere about such nonsense. She even has the notes posted all over her office door so you can't see inside to see if she's there. She just leaves the light on and sits in her suite all day until someone calls. It's hard to tell if WRE is just cheap, or if the resident manager, Carly (fiance of the property manager), is just lazy. The building is constantly dirty and in disrepair. Look elsewhere.
