This place smells like pure 💩
Where do I begin......... Do not rent there unless you want your rights violated in your own home. New management (k&c from wre) are playing fast and loose with your tenant rights! They, at every stage, every turn, every corner will refuse to do any repairs, anything in your apartment until they illegally throw you out! I’ve been living at Park Terrace for about a year. The building itself is decent, and the location is convenient. The on-site manager, Rhuby, is very kind and does her best to help tenants — she deserves credit for her support. However, upper management has been very disappointing, especially when it comes to tenant comfort and responsiveness.
