Infested with roaches and continously getting worse. They won't treat the entire building.
☆☆☆☆ I have lived in many different apartments and condos, but 199 Queen Mary St. is by far the most disappointing experience I've ever had. The building is poorly organized, and the renovations are subpar at best. They promised that renovations would take only two months, but it ended up taking a year! Additionally, the place is infested with ants and roaches, making it unbearable to live in. Snow removal is consistently inadequate, and the elevators are frequently out of service. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!!! We moved in just over four years ago and upon first glance, the apartment was pretty decent. It was newly renovated, and we would be the first tenants in it since the renovation but little did we know they were just slapping lipstick on a pig. We soon found out that They had covered The majority of the major issues with a little paint and elbow grease. If you’re considering living here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This building is a nightmare, and it’s not getting any better. I am writing this for myself and on behalf of the other residents who suffer at Park Terrace. CONS: First off, maintenance is a disaster. Some residents has been battling with maintenance for LITERAL YEARS to get basic issues resolved, only to be continuously ignored or rescheduled AFTER the agreed upon time. 💀 I can relate—when I first moved in, there was a giant hole in the wall that I ... read more
