Had my birthday party here a few months ago. Coordinated with the manager, she assured me everything would be "taken care of". Although she was very nice, she did not make sure my tables were waited on nor taken care of. I couldn't even locate anyone to take our drink orders. Spent half my time looking for her or our waitress! My friends had to keep going to the bar only to wait even longer. The food, however, was great! Only issue was the service! Heard the same complaint from other people.
