Double billing issue. Trying to get in touch with the billing department is a joke. The one time i did get them all i got was a run around. Absolutely lousy billing dept. Keep all your receipts if you ever have the misfortune of being a patient! Still waiting for a callback weeks later! Update: after months of run arounds my issue was finally resolved after i called the corporate office for assistance, which should not be needed when i fax over proof of payment on an old bill.
