Ordered 4 outdoor hose bib wall assemblies. Poorly packaged. Paper bag arrived empty via USPS. Contacted Park to help resolve. Net result after a half dozen phone calls back and forth with Charlie in the ordering department, they wanted me to go to the UPS store and send them a prepaid box for them to ship the order to me again. I offered to pay for UPS shipping with a credit card over the phone but they couldn't handle that. I live nowhere near a UPS store, so that is not a good option. I asked to just do a refund.
