The storage is down the street from their u-haul office. The access is poor, forcing you to move your items to a ledged area that is slanted so any carts will roll off the ledge (your items will break). There is no ramp, so you can't roll your cart off this ledge to your vehicle. You also can't back up your vehicle to the ledge, so you really can't cart anything to your vehicle. Clean and well lit.
Worst complicated experience ever and I've been renting with Uhaul for years. This location is the most unorganized, unprofessional location in Madison. After making my reservation ahead of time, I went to pick up the truck and there were NO keys, and the office was closed. After an hour of trying to get ahold of someone I had to go to another location where they only had a van. I reserved a 20" truck. Not the same!! Su h an inconvenience
