I asked him to take pictures of my old bottom denture to be sure it would be included in my insurance. He said he would, twice and never did.When l asked why, he said l would probably not need it.....well, l did......He charged me $300 more than the last person, and when l asked for my liner, because l cannot eat without one, he said he wasn't in the position to cover it for me because it got denied !!!
