She is very kind and polite However in prevention care Lacks.. Im sorry to say had an emergency root canal even though I earlier voiced discomfort and sensitivity in this tootg multiple times. VERRRY pain for days she told me to go to urgent care ER… This should’ve been avoided Very displeased especially per preventative care, equipment and communication. Sorry to say
Dr Reddy has been an incredibly caring dentist who goes out of her way to keep her patients pain and stress free ! I can’t recommend her enough ! Thanks to her I’ll keep smiling
If there were zero stars, I would put zero I’ve been a patient since the day she opened & faithfully go every five months to get my teeth cleaned. I am very meticulous and pro active. I told her numerous times about a sensitive area. She proceeded to just tell me to put Sensodyne on it over and over again throughout the years. One crack turned into four cracks, and I had to have an emergency root canal. Verrry painful and expensive. I loved the service they provided. I had the best cleaning I ever had. Everyone was so nice and Dr. Reddy was sweet and professional. I had two cavities filled and she did a masterful job. I am so fortunate to have found this Wonderful dentist in my home town. Thank you Dr. Reddy and staff See you next month.
