Dr lam is the best, he does excellent work. I dont have any complaints about any of the work he's done for me. The clerical staff tho leaves a bit to be desired. I left feeling insulted. I felt that I was being treated some way because of being old and the unpaid balance. Let me say that the price I was given over the phone was not what I was given on office. Extremely disappointed in this place. I am a pt pf Dr. Lam. Due to our schedules never aligning I had to call out of work to schedule a 4:30 p appt on a Tuesday with him. I was not seen until 5p I'd like to mention. I explained to him for 1 full month I have been bleeding from my gums 2x daily. There is nothing normal about bleeding from your gums twice daily. Imagine paying full upfront for Invisalign but they only want to give you one tray at a time and make you come back every 2 weeks. Then the Ortho gets sick for months and the office doesn't bother to find a replacement for patients treatments. You have a broken tray and your teeth start shifting back . They never straighten your teeth even when the Ortho comes back doesn't even give you the retainer at the end of treatment (that you paid for). The staff is inconsistently friendly. In addition, I paid so much out of pocket for these dentures that look like Halloween teeth. I was told they were the best, but must have been the best for a costume. I informed the dentist (Dr. Sterling) that it cut my mouth and she told me it took time. The thickness of the dentures is unrelenting and time did not heal the consistent cuts. I didn't go back and lost out on money. Atleast I will be ready to play a hillbilly or bum for 10/31/26.
