I moved in here in dec of 2015...i used to live here back in 2002. A big improvement from when it was owned by cohren ensrey. Units are all newly remodeled. Been here one month...fast about fixing problems. New company is highland management

My boyfriend and I are going to be moving in to these apartments soon. It s under new management and everything is remodeled. The only places to have carpet are the stairs, living room, and bedroom. Everything else is tile! I ve heard they used to be terrible but I do believe they have changed. I will write a review once we have lived there for a while.
I have lived there for close to 3 years. I like my apartment,!!Havent had any major problems, but did contact Cohen-Esrey in KC and was taken care ASAP. Need to find a manager that will stay. Still waiting on my deck to be replaced. Phillip shredded a rent check that was in a sealed envelope, without opening it. Smart man!! Think they should blow insulation in the walls and provide basic cable.
Been here for 3 + years it has gotten real bad in the last year because of new manager.Think someone has been getting into the money because they keep trying to push off 245.00 on to alot of renters.When renters say somethung about it it goes to others.Management can not keep who owes what and when you stand up to them they try to put you out and i want a hearing because i can prove them wrong and i hope South Parks owners read this and contact me .
This is where they should house prisoners. Dont waste your money!
Slumlords just like Gordon Shipley of Topeka. But Gordon is suppose to be a pastor/man of God.
Feel free to browse the photos.. this is what you will be moving into if you choose to live at Park South.. MOLD in the walls, in the carpet, falling ceilings, lousy management.. and lousy maintenance to go with it. I toured only four of their units today and found the same things in all of them..mailboxes were busted up (had been for many months), mold in the hallways, mold in the carpets, poor "fix it" jobs.. if they do it at all..a nd the manager Phillip actually told me they do expect you to do a background check on ever... read more
I made a massive mistake when I rented here. My apartment, one of the smaller one bedrooms flooded in two different places twice in a two month period (I'm moving at the end of the two month period). The first time the carpet was left wet for a week and a half and the next time slightly over a week. The second time it was raining and water was pouring down the blinds and also pouring in the ceiling exhaust fan in the kitchen.I called the emergency number and they said they couldn't do anything as it was raining, they wouldn'... read more
