The maintenance staff is amazing. The management staff is the worst! If you have elderly family members look elsewhere. They are disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. They lie on residents and try to create tension between residents. The clubhouse is locked up at 5pm and the residents don't have access to it until they return to work. They put on an illusion for unsuspecting clients. The front is always maintained while the back of the property is a hot mess. Do your due diligence!!!!
Park San dimas is an awesome apartment complex for 55 and over. The maintenance staff are exceptional and make necessary repairs that same business day without fuss. The leasing agents are always ready to assist you with anything you might need and the club house is a palace. I'm so grateful to GOD that I have such a nice home. I go for nice walks and bike rides everyday , Weather permitting and I like that the Walmart super center is so close. We have a nice pool and HOT TUBB and it's gated safe and private.
