The staff at Park Road Auto is excellent. They are knowledgeable and take the time to explain what is wrong and the options for repair. They have kept our three cars, all with over 100K miles, in great condition.

Steve has been servicing our work trucks and our personal cars. The technicians are very knowledgeable and you will be charged a fair price for repairs or general maintenance, best of all you will know everything is done correctly. This is the shop to go when you want quality and value.
Best auto service I've ever used. Steve (the owner) is a stand up guy. My Nissan Xterra needed a new starter. He let me keep my truck there on Friday and let me keep it there for the weekend!!! Most places charge a storage fee. He fixed it in one day and even offered to let me take it home and pay over the phone. These guys are awesome. We've been taking our cars here for years. Convenient to the metro, you can drop off, get where you need to go, and they are pretty quick about getting things done. Just had my front and rear brakes done there for 250 less than the chain garages (one of which told me that I needed new rotors and discs), which Steve quickly debunked! Steve Jones and his band of solid mechanics are quick reasonable priced and a pleasure to work with. Very detail oriented. As I had new tire changed out made mention to Steve about tire pressure light and in concert he tipped off his mechanic and voila! it was taken care of. This is a fleet co. car I had worked on but hope to utilize them with my problem Miata roadster in the near future. If you live upcounty and work in downcounty or DC easy drop off and Rockville Metro right there.
Park Rd. Auto has my business for life. I have three cars I take here and they never disappoint. Steve is honest and he tells you what you need without trying to tack any extra repairs or services on. What is best is our cars run great when I get them back. I recommend Park Rd. Auto every chance I get.
