Not a bad place to live. Bedrooms are a nice size. They just need to update their heating systems though. Very peaceful.
This is a wonderful place to live. The view is extraordinary overlooking Bear Creek.
Roaches ARE a problem...if you don't have them in your unit and keep your place clean...they are in the walls and the halls. Laundry rooms ARE a problem...they are not secure, they are very often broken with no notice. Water shut off IS a problem...you wake to get ready for work and there is non...you open you door and see that they posted a notice on the building on their way to turn it off at 8am. This is by far the worst apartment complex around! The building is infested with cockroaches, and nothing is done about it. The front desk staff, and Coleen the property manager, prefer to pretend that there is no problem in this building, rather than be pro active to solve it. There is suppose to be a "24 hr front desk service" that doesn't really exist. Most of the time there is either nobody at the front desk at night, or if someone is there, they are too busy chatting on their cell phones to be bothered. Windows leak and... read more
I currently live in this location and I can wait to move if you are planning to move here please make sure you DO NOT move to the top floor. It is very hot and i mean steaming hot my husband is in the military and we had to move there in a rush so i did not have time to look is horrible speacially now in the summer time is like 90 degress out side and my aptment is like 80 not even liying. They may get you with their inviting comparibly moderate rent, but when you get in and see that you DO get what you pay for, you will look for the day to get out. The quality of service is below standard. They will beautify the area around the rental office every chance they get, but the buildings in the middle of the property go lacking of any and everything. this is the best apartment for any one who has a family. family type of neighbourhood and lots of playyards around with a lovely lake nearby for spending time with kids. i love this apartment also very safe because a police station is located right near this apartment!
