Nasty place. They are more focused on collecting payments BEFORE the procedure instead of getting you comfortable before the procedure. Spoke with billing, nurse callled to confirm appointment and they sent me messages to check in, NONE said a word about payment upfront! No wonder they have such bad reviews! I would stay away... find another place do anything but come here!
Very expensive for any kidney procedures - kidney stones removal and scope. They bill insurance $36,000 for a lithotripsy procedure and another $36,000 for scoping. And since I got both sides/kidneys done, that's nearly $150,000 (And that's not including all the other charges - totaling over $160,000)! Insurance does cover a big chunk, but I'm still left with a hefty bill. I received surprise billing after I paid for surgery in full prior to surgery.
I had two procedures done at park ridge surgery center. The staff was so friendly, greeted me when I got in. The nurses where great and cheerful. The doctor was amazing. Overall I had a great experience. Thanks to all the great staff that were a part of my visit.
Excellent caring staff.
