The staff is 100% professional, punctual and super friendly. Surgery day went as planned, with the extra comfort and confidence they provided. Highly recommend.
My husband had surgery June 2025 and now it is May 2026 and we are receiving a call from the collection agency of a small bill unpaid. We called the surgery center and they stated that we had a $0 balance. After multiple calls to the collection agency and to the facility, AGAIN, we spoke with Irma in their billing. Office staff extremely friendly making sure you had everything you need while you wait. Medical staff also warm, caring and professional. They took the time to answer all our questions.
Nasty place. They are more focused on collecting payments BEFORE the procedure instead of getting you comfortable before the procedure. Spoke with billing, nurse callled to confirm appointment and they sent me messages to check in, NONE said a word about payment upfront! No wonder they have such bad reviews! I would stay away... find another place do anything but come here!
Very expensive for any kidney procedures - kidney stones removal and scope. They bill insurance $36,000 for a lithotripsy procedure and another $36,000 for scoping. And since I got both sides/kidneys done, that's nearly $150,000 (And that's not including all the other charges - totaling over $160,000)! Insurance does cover a big chunk, but I'm still left with a hefty bill.
