There is zero tolerance here for being even a little late....for me, at least. I never saw anyone else turned away at other practices. Plus, it's not like the doctor ever makes you wait 10, 15, 20+ minutes. On a nice spring day, EVERYONE is out and racing around getting into car accidents making traffic even worse. 10 minutes late? Too bad, so sad. The doc's time is much more important than you and your dumb little problem.
