The process of having to get a colonoscopy done is very unorganized. My doctor told me in August 2025 that I would need one and I was told that I would not be schedule until the end of October 2025. I was later told that it would not be until sometime in February. I had to call my doctor and complained and then was finally scheduled in November 2025. I’m honestly heartbroken to have to write this, because I truly admire the doctor — he’s caring, knowledgeable, and someone I trusted completely. But the office staff has made every visit a stressful and upsetting experience. They are rude, unprofessional, and speak to patients in a condescending way, as if our time or concerns don’t matter. The Lab Tech was "Awesome" this morning!
On October 17, 2025 i had a heart monitor put on requested by Dr. Grullon. 1 day later it stop working,flashing on and off so i called the Lake Mary office to let them know what was happening. I was told that someone would get back to me. The next day (Friday) i called again the same thing happened no one called to find out what was the problem. Dr Klump is simply amazing. She and her staff always kind and patient. She takes her time to listen to your concerns. She spend a good amount of time going through everything will you.
My girlfriend was put on emergency status for a colonoscopy. After problems with both ends of Doctor's offices not communicating or submitting forms with the insurance, I proceeded with a 4 way call and got all parties to approve the requests. It was 4 weeks of misery and anguish which she's still experiencing. The pregnant lady that was in the office at Dr Dodda's was the ONLY concerned and considerate person there.
