I totally agree with both reviews. Having lived at Park Ridge Apartments twice between 2010 and 2012, I can only share the same feelings. I , was also a victim of noisy tenants during my two lease terms there. I would call the manager but nothing would be done about it. I would wind up calling the police myself. It's hard to get a good nights sleep when people next door are constantly making noise and leaving their music on full blast. Honestly, I don't think people would work at all. How is this possible? Young Manager is NOT PROFFESIONAL AND UNEXPERINCE! – This new manager that is suppose to "MANAGE" These apartments is not Experianced or Professional, Shes tries to hard and does not make sense on what shes saying "I told her so many times theres Mice living in my apartment and My Filters are very Dirty And torn Sense The Day I Have Moved In That is 5 months already, My 2 Little girls has been getting verry sick over this so Me And My Husband had tried to open the door to change the filter and We Had A Hard Time! the new office manager is unprofessional and inexperienced – the apartment manager at parkridge odessa cannot handle the tennants. we have complained 4 times about the noise in the apartment above us. we are kept awake on a regular basis until 3am, and simply have to suffer the inconvienience and the damagaing consequenses of not being able to sleep. when we confront the upstairs tennant the manager says we are harrassing her, and when we take it to the office manager, she calls the cops.
