Don’t expect your security deposit back and don’t bother cleaning when you move out. The place was spotless and I was still charged for cleaning and painting which are normal business costs. They are basically thieves. My vehicle was also vandalized in the parking lot. Also, lots of gunshots in that neighborhood. Find a better and safer place to live.
Linda Taylor is nothing but rude and unprofessional. This apartment complex is basically mass kicking out a ton of people and not renewing their leases. When I questioned them they had nothing to say except we dont have to give you a reason. Seriously?! I have always paid my rent on time and never had a notice of a complaint on my door ever. These people are slimy!! They are kicking out people who have lived here for years without missing payments or having done anything wrong, but will surely let crackheads move in that sell drugs left and right!! What a joke.
This place is garbage would rather be homeless and live at a shelter or live under a rock both options sound better
I posted a negative review about them on Google so they confronted me in the office about it not "how can we fix this" more of who the hell do you think you are posting about us.... way to read your reviews an still not listen to your residents hahaha. 1 star.
Just moved in and living every minute of it staff is very friendly and just everything you could ask for and more!
The residents are great here, especially Jake Walker.
