We really enjoyed our stay with Park Ridge Apts. The apartment was clean, updated, and was genuinely a nice place to live. The lease terms and rates were extremly competitive and we really feel like we got extremly lucky finding Park Ridge. The community was quiet and the location was super ideal located close to the 101, and easy to get to Petaluma or Santa Rosa on back roads too. 5-10 minutes to get to Grocery stotes, Target, etc As with most apartment communities the parking situation can get a little frustrating for any ... read more

Easy and flawless move in. Incredible staff. Michael and Donielle are so kind and so friendly that I immediately felt welcomed.
Paul was great! I wasn’t expecting to have someone come out today since I called late in the day. He was able to get my hot water running again and even scheduled another needed repair on the spot. Paul was professional, kind, and efficient! Thanks so much Paul!!
