Don’t do it. Worst management ever. Seriously it’s a waste of money, apartments are outdated, no one ever contacts you and the “maintenance” phone number they have posted on their door … it’s disconnected. No one ever answers the phone, emails or even high alert maintenance requests. But they want to send out emails saying kids toys left outside will be thrown away and anything besides a door mat outside your apartment will incur a $50 fee. Ha! $50 fee for what? Absolute nightmare experience. I lived in Park Residence Apartments for a year & dealt with consistent issues throughout. Even after moving out it took almost 4 months to get my deposit back. The front office's communication was absolutely nonexistent for the entirety of our experience. Need to talk to the front office? Good luck. Sarai (current property manager) does not respond to calls/emails and is never in the office. There was always an issue with the pipes. We have lived here 5 years, it's been ok but now there not mowing , the grass is horrible you can't enjoy your deck ares is falling apart .dog poop is horrible
For anyone looking to move here expect the worst maintenance, never any office management, mediocre gym and crumbling from within apartments! You’ll find it nice here.
