In 18 years as a tenant here, I have nothing but praise for the management and employees. There have been major upgrades including new doors and windows and balcony reconstruction. For day-to-day requests, they’ve always been prompt and courteous in providing solutions. Great place to live!
I highly recommend 66 Isabella St building to live in. Everything is great in this building including their leasing agent, Osman Mammadli, the property manager, etc. Osman helped us a lot. He is very professional and well communicated. I do recommend him if you are looking for a rental unit in downtown of Toronto.
I recently moved into this building about a month ago, and my experience has been outstanding from day one. The entire move in process was smooth, professional, and welcoming. I’m part of the older rent-controlled crowd (been here 20 years) - the landlord would be able to double the rent if I left. My treatment by the property manager has been extremely poor in recent years. One day I went down to the locker room to find raw sewage spraying into my locker from a leaky pipe. I asked the superintendent to fix the pipe, he said no. I asked for a new locker, he said there were none.
