My partner and I have lived here for a few years now, and we really like the building and community here. The people who work here have been very kind and helpful! We especially want to give a shout out to Lucy for being the best community/building manager we've ever had :)
I live on 66 Isabella east and I love it. Building management and superintendent are very considerate and helpful.
I’ve been living at 66 Isabella for over a year and have genuinely enjoyed it. The building is well maintained, comfortable, and truly feels like home. I’m actually moving to another unit in the same building because I love it here. Lucy has been amazing—very friendly, helpful, and always solution-oriented. Osman is also consistently great and helpful. Both make living here a very positive experience. Highly recommend.
Really good service. They are always willing to help, all services are provided on time, and the building is consistently maintained to ensure a high quality of living for all residents
UPDATE: The landlord has launched a building-wide campaign to rid the towers of cockroaches (using insect traps and inspections, and exterminations where cockroaches are found). They also provided me with a $100 laundry card, which is much less than the amount of property I lost in the sewage leak but about what I need for PPE to protect myself and properly clean out my basement locker. -- I’m part of the older rent-controlled crowd (been here 19 years) - the landlord would be able to double the rent if I left.
