Neil is a great property manager. I didn’t end up getting the apartment in the building but definitely a great building to live in and amazing management for what i could feel.
UPDATE(09/2024): Roaches found in building's amenity room. A common area where people are supposed to relax. Added bonus; Bed bugs crawling in building's laundry machine detergent compartment. Bed bugs on laundry room floor. You really start to understand why there are so many mattresses and furniture being thrown out back almost daily... If you're unfortunate like me and still live here please be vigilant. -- Rent a unit in the west tower if you love paying way too much money to be constantly infested with Cockroaches. BEWARE - THIS BUILDING HAS BEEN INFESTED WITH MICE FOR YEARS. BUILDING MANAGEMENT HAS DONE NOTHING TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.
I agreed with all of the outlined issues in previous negatives reviews and in addition things continue to take a sharp decline. The water issues are in multiple units with the kitchen smelling of sewer. Now we pay thousands of dollars to live somewhere with a growing cesspool of filthy water out front (it's been there for months) continually ignored...and now is to the point there is a dead pigeon floating in it for days. The grass hasn't been cut or reseeded the way it use to be; such a fail. Not sure why we need to pay so ... read more
