Recently moved in to a renovated unit in the East Tower and my experience has been wonderful! Staff has been really helpful, especially with the stressful move, as it is my first time living alone. There were some minor issues I had here and there but everything was addressed immediately or the next day at the latest. The location is amazing too, and the apartment is surprisingly quiet when the balcony is closed given the location. Other residents also seem to be pretty decent people so far. Always courteous and quick to follow up. Fair landlords who are interested in long term tenants, and so good with repairs.
I have been living in love Toronto for almost 3 years and since he we came this is the first time We feel like home, building and staff are awesome. For sure is a place to stay forever
In 18 years as a tenant here, I have nothing but praise for the management and employees. There have been major upgrades including new doors and windows and balcony reconstruction. For day-to-day requests, they’ve always been prompt and courteous in providing solutions. Great place to live!
I highly recommend 66 Isabella St building to live in. Everything is great in this building including their leasing agent, Osman Mammadli, the property manager, etc. Osman helped us a lot. He is very professional and well communicated. I do recommend him if you are looking for a rental unit in downtown of Toronto.
