We have loved our two years with Park Properties on Elgin in Burlington. We moved here because our family was growing and it's been a wonderful community to raise our child. The supers, Kim and Nelson, are great! They're always available and happy to help with any anything you need. It has been a great place to live and we've really enjoyed our time in this building.
Great building, lived here 2 seperate times over the years
I was incredibly disappointed in the service by Nelson. They had to come into serval units for pest treatment and Nelson was telling people to stay inside the unit and that it was okay for people to leave their pets inside the unit when they were spraying poison. He handed out two different prep sheets and wouldn’t advise what they were actually doing and made people feel stupid for even asking for clarification. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for Kim at Park Property. She truly goes above and beyond for her tenants and has made living here a wonderful experience. On more than one occasion, Kim has stepped in to be incredibly helpful with issues both big and small. Her dedication, professionalism, and kindness make her a true asset to the Park Property team. She is deeply appreciated!
I've just moved in to this building earlier this year, and I have been loving it so far! The community with other tenants is welcoming, and the staff and management truly care about helping resolve issues quickly and effectively. Not to mention some amazing decorations get put for every holiday which is fun to see. Would highly recommend!
