Great staff that go above and beyond. Smoke in and around the building is a big problem hallways smell strongly of it from units with heavy smokers and if you open the window for fresh air smoke fills the unit within minutes from balcony smokers. Also pretty excessive pest control. Constantly having to empty cabinets and move everything around so they can spray and powered. Not great when there are children and pets in the unit. We have loved our two years with Park Properties on Elgin in Burlington. We moved here because our family was growing and it's been a wonderful community to raise our child. The supers, Kim and Nelson, are great! They're always available and happy to help with any anything you need. It has been a great place to live and we've really enjoyed our time in this building.
Great building, lived here 2 seperate times over the years
I was incredibly disappointed in the service by Nelson. They had to come into serval units for pest treatment and Nelson was telling people to stay inside the unit and that it was okay for people to leave their pets inside the unit when they were spraying poison. He handed out two different prep sheets and wouldn’t advise what they were actually doing and made people feel stupid for even asking for clarification.
