I lived at 1275 Elgin Street about 7 years ago, recently I was looking to rent again and the first place I looked into was 1275 Elgin Street. My experience here has always been fantastic, especially Kim, she is always available when tenants need her help. I find her and Nelson the other Superintendent to be very friendly and looking out for the best interests or tenants and the building being maintained. Anyone looking for a place to live would be happy to call 1275 Elgin Street home.
Great place to live, perfect location, and I can’t say enough about the hard work and dedication of the building staff that are always swiftly there to fix problems and answer questions. As a long time resident I must thank Kim directly for her obvious dedication to her work, her multitasking abilities and her overall professionalism. Great place to live
We have lived in the building since 2016. The management team Kim and Nelson are great people very friendly and do a fantastic job for their tenants.
