I was incredibly disappointed in the service by Nelson. They had to come into serval units for pest treatment and Nelson was telling people to stay inside the unit and that it was okay for people to leave their pets inside the unit when they were spraying poison. He handed out two different prep sheets and wouldn’t advise what they were actually doing and made people feel stupid for even asking for clarification. On more than one occasion, Kim has stepped in to be incredibly helpful with issues both big and small. Her dedication, professionalism, and kindness make her a true asset to the Park Property team. I've just moved in to this building earlier this year, and I have been loving it so far! The community with other tenants is welcoming, and the staff and management truly care about helping resolve issues quickly and effectively. Not to mention some amazing decorations get put for every holiday which is fun to see. Would highly recommend!

I have lived here for 8 years this month. My son and I love it here. The building is always tidy and superintendents always respond quietly and friendly. I have ocd issues and the people coming in my unit are always respectful. They also help me with personal issues like when I was looking for a new cat. Kim gave my info to an other tenant who needed a place for her cat . I get the cat by the end of this month when they move out.
