I lived at 1275 Elgin Street about 7 years ago, recently I was looking to rent again and the first place I looked into was 1275 Elgin Street. My experience here has always been fantastic, especially Kim, she is always available when tenants need her help. I find her and Nelson the other Superintendent to be very friendly and looking out for the best interests or tenants and the building being maintained. Anyone looking for a place to live would be happy to call 1275 Elgin Street home.
Great place to live, perfect location, and I can’t say enough about the hard work and dedication of the building staff that are always swiftly there to fix problems and answer questions. As a long time resident I must thank Kim directly for her obvious dedication to her work, her multitasking abilities and her overall professionalism.
