My mother lives here and the superintendent Mahammad and Samira take great care of the property and treat my mother with respect. When she goes out of town to visit one of my siblings they make sure to watch over her apartment for her so nothing goes wrong. They go above and beyond with what they do. They fix any problems quite fast as well. My mother is Margaret Watson.
Mohammad is very professional,kind,and always helpful,He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done perfectly .Highly recommended.
I've lived at 18 Spruce for close to 6 years. The units are spacious and renovated. The current superintendents, Mohammed and Samira are friendly and respond to work requests in a timely way. They will even help me, doing things that are difficult for me. My unit recently had extensive repairs to walls and ceilings and was completely re-painted. The company hired by Park Property did an excellent job. My recent complaint about smoking by my new neighbours was addressed immediately and effectively. I'm elderly and no longer e... read more
