I've lived at 18 Spruce for close to 6 years. The units are spacious and renovated. The current superintendents, Mohammed and Samira are friendly and respond to work requests in a timely way. They will even help me, doing things that are difficult for me. My unit recently had extensive repairs to walls and ceilings and was completely re-painted. Mohammed and Sameera are very helpful and always on top of any issues reported or any questions we had. We've never had any maintenance or other problems that were not fixed within reasonable time.
Great place to live great neighbours and friends quiet building always clean and very well kept inside and out. Mohammed and Samira treats us all like family and are always there to help with any issues you may have.
Professional, their properties are well looked after, secure, clean, and quiet.
The “building superintendent” is a joke! Super unprofessional. Very dirty units. Will not replace anything. This company is a joke rent elsewhere.
