Very noisy place. Neighbors are mostly jobless and rude. Kids scream all the time. Hamming, drilling at midnight and early weekend morning. The noise is from one of the unit in PH level. Property management should take action to stop that.
Bunch of crooks. We did our move out inspection with the superintendent and he said everything was fine and there would be no additional fee as everything seemed clean. Now 2 days later I get an email stating that we owe $280 for cleaning. If your moving out I would definetly get a copy of the move out form so they do not blindside you and charge you later. Do not recommend this place
Rude management
I lived in this building for over 1 year. The building superintendents were very helpful, friendly, and quick in addressing any requests. Clean building, with no pest issues. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The disadvantages were the lack of AC (sometimes it got really hot in summer and quite cool in winters inside the apartment) and a little old laundry equipment.
