I have lived in this building for several years, and while the building itself is well maintained, my experience with management has been very disappointing. The biggest issue is how existing tenants are treated compared to new ones. I am currently paying over $2,700 per month for my apartment, and instead of offering me a fair market rate to stay, management is increasing my rent. Great residence with a welcoming and supportive environment. The staff are always helpful and responsive whenever issues arise in the unit. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and the team does a great job ensuring residents are taken care of.
Very noisy place. Neighbors are mostly jobless and rude. Kids scream all the time. Hamming, drilling at midnight and early weekend morning. The noise is from one of the unit in PH level. Property management should take action to stop that.
Bunch of crooks. We did our move out inspection with the superintendent and he said everything was fine and there would be no additional fee as everything seemed clean. Now 2 days later I get an email stating that we owe $280 for cleaning. If your moving out I would definetly get a copy of the move out form so they do not blindside you and charge you later. Do not recommend this place
