The building may be called “The Maples”, but I think “The Roaches” would be more fitting. Regularly see these nasty buggers in common spaces like the laundry room and in our unit even after multiple pest control treatments. Talked with building management god knows how many times. I had a very positive experience touring the units thanks to Neil Davis. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property. He took time to answer all my questions and walk me through all the amenities, leasing process, etc. His explanations were very transparent and helpful!
In other comments I saw what I went through, the pushy, rude leasing agent, interrupted you when you’re talking. He’s like a police officer talking to a suspect, ask me if I’m a student, thought my part-time job is my only income source. If you hate your job then just quit!
