I’ve had a great experience living at 25 Wood Street. The location is excellent, very close to the subway, grocery stores, restaurants, and everything you need downtown. The building is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the common areas are always kept in good condition. The management and staff are friendly and helpful whenever needed. The overall atmosphere feels safe, comfortable, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to live in downtown Toronto.
The building may be called “The Maples”, but I think “The Roaches” would be more fitting. Regularly see these nasty buggers in common spaces like the laundry room and in our unit even after multiple pest control treatments. Talked with building management god knows how many times. I had a very positive experience touring the units thanks to Neil Davis. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property. He took time to answer all my questions and walk me through all the amenities, leasing process, etc. His explanations were very transparent and helpful!
