The management should keep track of the updates on the availability of their units, keeping an ads on listing while there is no specific clarification of when the unit is available is wasting time of the customers to inquire. Quite unprofessional!
I had an extremely positive experience thanks to Neil Davis. I had approached his leasing office with several inquiries and questions about some of the units in Wood St, and he managed to answer and resolve all of them in a professional and timely manner. Thank you, Neil!
Becareful , something is off , the property manager won’t call back for your inquiries, there are promotions now but there are something wrong with those units you may not find out until too late when you move in
Take any reviews here (including this one) with a grain of salt. My experience with this building thus far has been nothing but pleasant. Neil, despite what some others have said, is kind, a great conversationalist, and very thorough in his explanations. While we went through the units themselves a bit quickly, he still took the time to explain everything to us, let us ask any questions we had, and take our time looking around the unit.
