I’ve had a great experience living at 550 Jarvis Street. The units here are fully renovated, modern, and very spacious, which makes them stand out compared to many other places in the city. The property is also well managed — the administration has been responsive and attentive whenever issues arise. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-maintained property in a convenient location, and I truly appreciate the efforts of the management team to make it a positive place to live.
I am Long term tenant. This is the third property management, and without doubt the best.Lucy and Pilar are great understanding and get things done right away. So organized detailed and effective.I had my request for fixing my washroom pending with previous Management and once the new property management come Pilar and her team get it done right away.Great work. I have lived here for 12 years but my partner had lived here even longer when he was still alive. This place has been through 3 managements since I've lived here. But I can confidently say that Park Property is by far the best management that 550 Jarvis has seen. Living in this area could be challenging but what I am really loving is what the management does in order for the tenants could live safe and peacefully. Long term tenant, through 3 different property managers / owners. The building has vastly improved since the change of ownership 3.5 years ago. Park Property is sinking some money into it apparently. The boiler room has been overhauled, new risers installed that separate each line of apartments so the building-wide water shutdowns are a thing of the past. I’m sure there are pest issues.
